Leicester City winger Anthony Knockaert has reportedly agreed a summer move to Standard Liege, L’Equipe can reveal.
The French footballer will be out of contract in the summer and having struggled for regular playing time this season, he has decided to leave on a free transfer.
According to L’Equipe, Knockaert has agreed a four-year contract with Belgian giants Standard Liege.
The 23-year-old joined the Foxes from Guingamp in the summer of 2012 and he enjoyed a very good start to his career in England.
Knockaert scored 13 goals in 86 Championship fixtures, helping Leicester gain promotion to the Premier League in his second season at the club.
However, he has only made nine Premier League appearances this term, starting three of those games.
The Frenchman will now have an opportunity to kick-start his career in Belgian Pro League and maybe even earn a return to English Premier League in the future.
