Antic delighted with Real´s class

Former Barcelona boss Radomir Antic has praised Real Madrid’s style of play under Jose Mourinho.

The Bernabeu outfit are leading La Liga and are looking like more of a threat to Barcelona’s dominance this term.

Antic is impressed with the league leaders and feels their style of play has much to do with their strong results.

“Real Madrid have evolved,” the 62-year-old told Marca.

“Jose Mourinho’s team are giving more importance to the ball than seasons past and that makes players feel better.”

“Madrid are better and have evolved, but not just because they are three points ahead of Barcelona,” he said.

Madrid face a tricky trip to Valencia at Mestalla on Saturday, while Barcelona host Zaragoza at Camp Nou.
