Tottenham Hotspur head coach Antonio Conte wants to sign Manchester City attacker Raheem Sterling, according to The Telegraph. The report has claimed that the former Chelsea and Inter Milan boss would like to bring the England international to Tottenham Hotspur Stadium if Premier League champions City decide to sell him.
Sterling has been on the books of City since 2015 when he joined from Liverpool. The 27-year-old, who can operate as an attacking midfielder, winger or forward, has won the Premier League title four times, the FA Cup once, and the EFL Cup on four occasions.
Tottenham finished fourth in the Premier League table this season and will play in the Champions League in 2022-23. As for City, they won the Premier League title by just a point.
