Spanish manager Luis Aragones will slowly begin to worry about his position at Fenerbahçe, who crashed to a heavy 1-4 defeat by Kayserispor.

The side that defends Turkey’s honour in the Champions League was never able to deal with Kayserispor, who went into half time 0-2 up thanks to two goals from Aghahowa.

Brazilian back Roberto Carlos then got one back from the penalty spot, but Bahadir and again Aghahowa went on to set the score to 1-4.

With six games played, Fener occupy a very disappointing twelfth place in the Super League. Current leaders are Trabzonspor, who dropped only two points in their first six matches.
