Argentina and Chile lock horns in Group D of their Copa America clash in the early hours of Tuesday morning, and it’s the Sky Blues who could well be earning a result given their superior form.
Argentina have looked unbeatable of late, while Chile have been anything but, and Tuesday’s meeting could see La Albiceleste coming out on top.
Gerardo Martino’s side are currently on a four-game winning streak ahead of their first Copa America group game, boasting victories over the likes of Colombia and Chile in exhibition outings. They also earned a draw against Brazil recently, and have kept three clean sheets in their last four.
As for Chile, the South American outfit boast a strong squad of players, but their form has been woeful ahead of the tournament, having lost four of their previous five games. Jamaica and Mexico are two sides who have recently beaten Chile, and given Argentina have also dispatched of them, Tuesday’s clash could be one-sided.
