Arsenal travel to the Britannia Stadium to face Stoke City in the Premier League on Saturday evening, and are big favourites to pick up all three points given the contrasting form of the two sides. Mark Hughes’ Stoke City side suffered a 1-0 defeat to Everton at Goodison Park in their Premier League opener, and currently sit 16th in the table as a result. The Potters, once a bogey team for Arsenal, have lost four and drawn one of their last five head-to-heads with the Gunners and are likely to fall short on Saturday evening.
As for the visitors and favourites, Arsene Wenger’s Arsenal side beat Leicester City 4-3 in their opening league game of the campaign and find themselves fifth in the table. Victory for the Gunners at the Britannia Stadium could see them finish the weekend top of the pile of results go their way.
