Competition: Community Shield
Market: Arsenal to win against Chelsea
Odds: 11/5 @ Bet 365

Arsenal and Chelsea lock horns at Wembley for the Community Shield on Sunday afternoon, in a game that could see the Gunners coming out on top with Chelsea enduring off-field issues and injuries to key players. Arsenal did lose to the Blues in pre-season but they look much more convincing this time round to exact their revenge.

Arsene Wenger’s Arsenal side have picked up four wins from their last six games in pre-season, beating Sydney FC, Western Sydney Wanderers, Bayern Munich and Benfica. The FA Cup winners did lose 3-0 to Chelsea in July but the result could be attributed to the poor condition of the squad due to all the traveling.

As for Antonio Conte’s side, Chelsea haven’t had a convincing summer. The Premier League defending champions have lost their last two games since the Arsenal victory and don’t have the most impressive head-to-head record in competitive games.

Arsenal have won two of their previous three meetings with Chelsea outside of friendly fixtures and are being given odds of 11/5 by Bet 365 to see past Chelsea in Sunday’s clash at Wembley.
