Arsenal host Norwich City in the Premier League this evening, and are hoping to get back to winning ways to boost their top-four hopes after an inconsistent run of results. Norwich are fighting for survival, but their away form is likely to see them coming unstuck at the Emirates Stadium.
Arsenal are fourth in the league with 64 points from 35 games, and are currently five points clear of fifth-placed Manchester United. The Gunners have played a game more so they can’t afford to drop points this weekend as they risk being caught by the in-form Red Devils.
Victory for Arsene Wenger’s men, however, would see them almost home and dry in their pursuit for Champions League football in 2016/17. They have won three and drawn three of their last six in the league, and have picked up seven points from nine on home soil.
Norwich City are 18th in the Premier League with 31 points from 34 games, but could move out of the drop zone if they avoid defeat tonight. However, the Canaries aren’t in good shape ahead of a must-win encounter, having lost five of their last six games on the road, and Arsenal are 2/7 with Bet 365 to take advantage.
