Arsenal host Bournemouth at the Emirates Stadium this afternoon, and are hoping they can bounce back after their humiliating defeat to Southampton on Boxing Day. The Gunners saw their title-challenge hit a minor blip following a 4-0 defeat at St Mary’s and only a win will do against Bournemouth as a result to ensure they stay in contention in the top-two.

Arsenal were in good form prior to the Southampton drubbing, winning three on the bounce, but now the injury-hit side have pressure on their shoulders to beat an in-form Bournemouth outfit full of confidence. The visitors have beaten the likes of Chelsea and Manchester United in recent weeks, and are unbeaten in their last six.

The Gunners’ home form has been reliable, however.
