Arsenal and Chelsea eye summer move for Achraf Hakimi

Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester City are interested in signing Achraf Hakimi from Inter Milan in the summer of 2021, according to Calciomercato. It has been reported that the Premier League trio are ready to make a move for the 22-year-old full-back when the season ends.

The Morocco international full-back came through the academy at Real Madrid, but the youngster could make only a handful of appearances for the Spanish and European giants’ first team. The 22-year-old spent the 2018-19 and the 2019-20 seasons on loan at German club Borussia Dortmund before making a permanent move to Inter in the summer of 2020.

According to WhoScored, Hakimi has made 14 starts and six substitute appearances in Serie A for Inter so far this season, scoring six goals and providing three assists in the process. The youngster has also made four starts and one substitute appearance in the Champions League this campaign, providing one assist in the process, according to WhoScored.
