The Express understands that both Arsenal and Liverpool are ready to move for Radamel Falcao, with the striker looking increasingly unlikely to make his loan to Manchester United permanent in the summer.
The 29 year old moved to Old Trafford from Monaco on a year-long deal back in August, but has so far underwhelmed with just four goals in twenty appearances in all competitions.
A fee of around £43.5m is likely to be enough to secure the services of the former Porto and Altletico Madrid man, though Louis van Gaal is unlikely to pursue a deal.
However, United’s Premier League rivals Arsenal and Liverpool are both interested in the Colombia international, with Monaco looking to offload him in an attempt to comply with Financial Fair Play.
The Red Devils, who currently sit in fourth place, travel to Newcastle United on Wednesday evening where they can be backed at 10/11 for the win.
