Daily Express is reporting that Arsenal are Liverpool are locked in the battle for Swansea star Michu.
The Spaniard has largely impressed since arriving at Swansea on a cut-price deal from Rayo Vallecano and he has even earned his first Spain call-up.
Despite not enjoying such a good start to the new season, Michu remains a target for top European clubs, with Arsenal and Liverpool reportedly leading the chase.
However, Daily Express has suggested that Swansea have put a £30 million price tag on the 27-year-old footballer.
After scoring 18 goals in 35 Premier League matches during the first season in England, Michu has netted two times in first seven appearances this term.
His side haven’t had such a good start to the new league campaign, picking up just seven points from as many league matches, but they look a good bet to beat Sunderland at home at odds of 8/15.
