Arsenal back in for Evans

Arsenal are ready to reignite their interest in signing West Bromwich Albion centre-back Jonny Evans, according to the Mirror.

However, Arsene Wenger is ready to go back in for the twenty-nine year old when the transfer window reopens next month.

Evans moved to the Hawthorns in the summer of 2015 and has since racked up seventy-seven appearances in all competitions, scoring four goals.

Prior to his that he spent over a decade at Manchester United, playing for them just shy of two hundred times and helping them win three Premier League titles and two League Cups.

Internationally, he has been sixty-seven times, scoring twice while he was part of the squad that played at last summer’s European Championships.
