Arsenal are weighing up move for Toulouse defender Aymen Abdennour, The Sun has revealed.
Arsene Wenger is not entirely happy with his options in the heart of defence and the Frenchman is eager to sign a new central defender.
According to The Sun, Wenger could make a move for Toulouse stopper Aymen Abdennour.
The English tabloid claims that the Gunners have had the player followed over the last six months and Arsenal scouts were present as Toulouse recorded an away victory over Rennes on Sunday evening.
The 22-year-old is a part of the best defence in Ligue 1 and an important member of the side that currently occupy the fourth place in the league standings.
Abdennour joined Toulouse in a €500,000 deal from Etoile Sahel last summer and has since developed into a key player at Stadium Municipal.
The towering defender started 23 Ligue 1 games this term and managed to score 2 goals in the process.
