When a Manager looses the ambition as Arsene Wenger has, it becomes the responsibilities of the Board to part ways with him. Unfortunately, the board of Arsenal is hoodwinked by the dividend Wenger returns every year. Truth is Arsene Wenger is tired and should be allowed to retire. Fighting with his water bottles at the touchline will not solve any problems. Millions of Arsenal fans go home every weekend heart broken while Wenger comes to the post match conference to offer excuses. If Arsenal is incapable of competing at the top level in all ramifications, it should be put up for sale. I may not be a big Arsenal supporter, but I love Arsen Wenger’s style and phylosophy of football. It’s beautifull. Very similar to barcalona. Beautiful, exciting, quick passing football.
The differnce is that Barca have an outstanding goaly, and a solid back two.
Thomas Vermaelen is the only centre back that would be looked as a world class CB.
They have 1 great forward but need more centre backs and 1 holding mid as Denilson is crap. So is Alex Song and Abou Diaby.
They need 2 more diffencive mids, 3 Centre backs, and 1 goal keeper.
My suggestons
GK- Guillermo Ochoa
CB- Angelo Ogbonna, Ezequiel Garay, Mamadou Sakho
MID- Erik Lamela, Yann M’Vila
Arsenal would 1 hell of a team with these bad boys.

Wenger is high time you let go cesc, other players that are not willing to stay and beging to set up a formidable team that has the mental strenghth to withstand any club
