(GSM) – Fulham are desperate to keep Mark Schwarzer. Arsenal want to sign the Australian goalkeeper but the Cottagers have slapped £4 million price-tag on their No 1 goalie.

The Sun reports Fulham have already turned down a £2 million bid from the Gunners.

37-year-old Schwarzer is keen on a move to Arsenal for a final chance of playing in the Champions League.

But Fulham haven’t signed a direct replacement and aren’t likely to lower their demands as they will stick to a £4 m transfer fee.
