Arsenal do not want to sell Takehiro Tomiyasu amid interest from Bayern Munich, according to Fichajes. The report has claimed that Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich are keen on signing the Japan international defender, but Premier League club Arsenal do not want to sell him at all.
Tomiyasu has been on the books of Arsenal since 2021 and has done relatively well for the North London club. The 25-year-old has had injury problems, but he is a valuable member of the squad. Tomiyasu has made 52 appearances in the Premier League so far in his career. He has scored one goal, given two assists, and kept eight clean sheets in those games.
Arsenal are third in the Premier League table at the moment with 27 points from 12 matches, level on points with Liverpool in second and a point behind leaders and defending champions Bayern Munich. Meanwhile, Bayern Munich currently find themselves second in the Bundesliga table with 29 points from 11 games, two points behind leaders Bayer Leverkusen.
