Sunday People understands that Arsenal have joined the chase for Dinamo Zagreb forward Josip Brekalo.
The 17-year-old is the latest impressive product to have come out of club’s youth academy, and he has already shown a great deal of potential.
While he has so far netted once in eight senior appearances for Dinamo Zagreb, Brekalo was in fine form in UEFA Youth League, notching three goals in five outings.
It was at one of those games that he was spotted by Arsenal scout Giles Grimandi, with the Gunners now hot on his trail.
Meanwhile, Sport Bild claims that Borussia Dortmund have also been keeping close tabs on the highly rated winger and they are closely monitoring the situation at the moment.
Arsenal have all but damaged their Premier League title hopes with a 3-3 draw against West Ham, but they are 1/3 to return to winning ways against Crystal Palace.
