Arsenal eye VfB Stuttgart’s Borna Sosa

Arsenal are interested in signing Borna Sosa from VfB Stuttgart in the summer transfer window, according to Bild. Sosa can play as a left-back or as a left wing-back and is reportedly on the radar of Premier League club Arsenal.

Sosa has been on the books of Stuttgart since 2018 and is one of the better players in his position in the Bundesliga. The Croatia international has made 21 appearances in the Bundesliga so far this season, scoring one goal and providing six assists in the process. Sosa has also scored one goal in two DFB Pokal games this season.

Arsenal are aiming to finish in the top four of the Premier League table this season and qualify for the Champions League. Meanwhile, Stuttgart currently find themselves third from bottom in the Bundesliga with 23 points from 26 games.
