Arsenal eyeing Loic Remy

Premier League giants Arsenal are showing interest in QPR striker Loic Remy, Le 10 Sport has revealed.

Arsene Wenger is widely tipped to sign a new centre forward in the summer and the latest reports suggest the Frenchman is one of the first names on his hit-list.

Remy will not be returning to Loftus Road when his loan spell at Newcastle expires at the end of the current campaign, and he is hoping to join a top European club.

The Magpies will attempt to turn his loan deal into permanent move, but everything suggests they will miss out on the 27-year-old forward.

Loic Remy has been in fine form since arriving at St James’ Park, having scored 12 goals in 22 Premier League outings this season.

There are no doubts he will be in the starting line-up when Newcastle face Hull City at KC Stadium, with the Frenchman 7/4 to score anytime.
