Premier League outfit Arsenal are considering a move for Real Madrid midfielder Marcos Llorente, Don Balon has suggested.
The Gunners manager Arsene Wenger has been impressed by the 21-year-old footballer and he will attempt to bring him to the Emirates at the earliest opportunity.
Llorente has so far made just two substitute appearances in La Liga for Real Madrid, but he impressed playing for the youth sides.
The central midfielder has finally been given an opportunity to prove his worth at senior level during a loan spell with Levante, and he has been in fine form at the start of the season, starting six league matches for the newcomers.
Given that Llorente has less than two years left on his contract at Santiago Bernabeu, this is probably as good a time as any for Arsenal to make their move.
Having closed the gap behind Premier League leaders Man City to just two points, the Gunners are available at 7/1 shot to lift the coveted trophy.
