Arsenal in talks over Carrasco

According to a recent report from Sky Italia, Arsenal are said to be in advanced talks over the potential signing of Yannick Carrasco. The Gunners have been linked to the 25 year old throughout the course of the current January transfer window, although it was believed that they didn’t have enough money to make the move work. Now, though, something appears to have changed, as they edge closer and closer to bringing the Belgian over from Dalian Yifang.

Carrasco has been with the Chinese club since last year, when he made the jump over from Atletico Madrid. Many fans had been eager to see him jump back over to European football, and it never seemed as if it mattered which team he’d be going to.

The Gunners haven’t been able to sign anyone permanently during the January window, and instead have been forced to look into bringing players in on loan.
