Arsenal are currently in talks with Manchester City over the possibility of signing Oleksandr Zinchenko, according to David Ornstein of The Athletic.
The Gunners have already signed one player from the Premier League champions this summer in Gabriel Jesus, who has come in to relieve an obvious crisis in the striker department following the departures of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Alexandre Lacazette, and it seems the Brazilian could be reunited with his former teammate from Ukraine at the Emirates.
Zinchenko is an extremely versatile player, a natural midfielder who plays that role for his country, but Pep Guardiola has mostly deployed him on the left defensive flank in the absence of reliable options there.
Providing he makes the move to North London, the 25-year-old would likely play mostly in the middle of the park, while offering a decent alternative at left-back for the frequently injured Kieran Tierney.
