According to a recent report from Sport, Arsenal have joined the list of clubs who are interested in trying to sign Isco during the January transfer window.
The Real Madrid attacking midfielder hasn’t been happy at the Bernabeu for quite some time now, and it finally seems as if that unhappiness is going to manifest itself into a move away from Real.
Arsenal will not be the only club in the mix, though, with Sevilla, Juventus, Everton and AC Milan all throwing their name into the hat.
While simply making it to January is going to be enough of a task for Gunners manager Mikel Arteta to contend with, it does feel as if he needs to make a statement in the transfer market. Whether or not Isco is the man to help him make such a splash remains to be seen, but one thing is for sure – he isn’t destined to stay in Madrid for much longer.
