Arsenal interested in Reims striker Hugo Ekitike

Arsenal are interested in signing Hugo Ekitike from Reims in the summer transfer window, according to 90min. The report has claimed interest in the 19-year-old French striker from Newcastle United, Manchester City, Chelsea, Wolverhampton Wanderers and West Ham United as well.

Ekitike has made 14 starts and seven substitute appearances in Ligue 1 for Reims so far this season, scoring nine goals and providing two assists in the process. The striker is one of the best young players in Europe and has huge potential.

Arsenal will need to sign at least two new strikers in the summer transfer window. Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang left for Barcelona in the January transfer window, while Alexandre Lacazette and Eddie Nketiah are out of contact at the Gunners at the end of the season.
