Arsenal join chase for Corentin Tolisso

French daily newspaper L’Equipe claims that Arsenal have joined the race for Lyon hotshot Corentin Tolisso.

After the player rejected a summer move to Napoli, Juventus have emerged as favourites to secure his services, but the Bianconeri will now face stiff competition.

Just a couple of days ago, it was revealed that Barcelona are keen on Tolisso as well and it now appears that Arsenal are also in the mix.

The Gunners are reportedly ready to shell out €40 million for the French footballer, which is close to Lyon’s valuation, although les Gones will attempt to take advantage of the genuine bidding war to secure the best possible price for their prized asset.

Tolisso has emerged as a real leader for les Gones this season, bagging 6 goals in 25 Ligue 1 outings, while scoring another 3 goals in Europe, but everything suggests he will be leaving Parc OL for greener pastures at the end of the season.
