Daily Mail is reporting that Arsenal are considering a summer bid for Nurnberg’s highly rated striker Josip Drmic.
It is no secret the Gunners are hoping to sign a quality striker to provide competition for Olivier Giroud and Arsene Wenger is currently looking at a number of targets.
According to Daily Mail, Nurnberg striker Josip Drmic is the latest name on club’s hit-list for the summer transfer window.
The 21-year-old only joined the Bundesliga side from FC Zurich last summer, but he has been in stunning form this season.
Drmic made a total of 27 Bundesliga appearances and went on to score 16 goals, climbing within one goal of top league goalscorer Mario Mandzukic.
Should Arsene Wenger decided to extend his deal at the Emirates, chances are he will step up his interest in the Switzerland international, who is widely tipped to make country’s World Cup squad in the summer.
