Arsenal are interested in signing Moises Caicedo from Premier League rivals Brighton and Hove Albion in the summer transfer window, according to Football Insider. The report has claimed that although the 21-year-old Ecuador international midfielder has signed a new deal, he could still leave if clubs make big offers.
Caicedo has made 21 starts and one substitute appearance in the Premier League for Brighton so far this season, scoring one goal and providing one assist in the process. The youngster has also made two appearances in the Carabao Cup and two appearances in the FA Cup for the Seagulls so far this campaign.
Arsenal are at the top of the Premier League table at the moment with 63 points from 26 matches, as many as five points clear of second-placed and defending champions Manchester City. Meanwhile, Brighton currently find themselves eighth in the standings with 38 points from 23 matches.
