Arsenal are interested in signing Arthur Melo from Juventus in the summer transfer window, according to journalist Claudio Raimondi in Tutto Juve. The well-known and well-respected Italian journalist has claimed that something is moving in regard to the 25-year-old Brazil international midfielder potentially switching to the Emirates Stadium.
“Juve are interested in Fabian Ruiz, but before starting a real negotiation, they must resolve the Ramsey-Arthur situations,” Raimondi told Sport Mediaset, relayed by Tutto Juve.
“For the Welshman, who is of interest to the Turkish team coached by Pirlo, they will move towards the termination of his contract with severance pay, while for the Brazilian midfielder, something is moving on the Arsenal side.”
Arthur Melo made 11 starts and nine substitute appearances in the Premier League for Juventus last season. The Juventus no. 5 also made three starts and one substitute appearance in the Coppa Italia as well last season.
