Arsenal linked with Ousmane Diomande

Arsenal are interested in signing Ousmane Diomande from Sporting Lisbon in the summer transfer window, according to CaughtOffSide. The report has claimed that Premier League outfit Arsenal are among the clubs who are monitoring Diomande.

The Gunners, though, could find it hard to sign Diomande in the summer transfer window. That’s because Premier League champions Manchester City and Newcastle United are also keen on the 19-year-old and following him closely. Clubs in mainland Europe are also keeping tabs on Diomande.

Diomande has a release clause of £68 million in his contract at Sporting. The report has claimed that the Portuguese giants will want that release clause to be paid in full for any transfer to happen. The teenager himself is open to a move to the Premier League. Arsenal have already signed Kai Havertz from Chelsea in the summer transfer window.
