Arsenal linked with Wolverhampton Wanderers forward Matheus Cunha

Arsenal are interested in signing Matheus Cunha from Premier League rivals Wolverhampton Wanderers in the January transfer window, according to Fichajes. The report has claimed that Arsenal are looking for a new forward in the middle of the season, and that the Gunners consider Cunha “an ideal piece to enhance their offensive line”.

Cunha is 25 years of age and can operate as a forward, second striker or winger. The former Atletico Madrid prospect has played 11 times for Brazil. Cunha has scored seven goals and given three assists in 13 starts and one substitute appearance in the Premier League and has played 19 minutes in the Carabao Cup so far this campaign.

Arsenal, who have been linked with Arda Guler, are third in the Premier League table at the moment with 28 points from 14 matches, seven points behind leaders Liverpool. As for Wolves, they are currently second from bottom in the standings with nine points from 14 games.
