Arsenal and Liverpool are among clubs showing interest in Hamburg midfielder Hakan Calhanoglu, according to Sunday People.
The 19-year-old only joined HSV this summer from Karlsruher, but he has quickly adapted to life in German Bundesliga.
Calhanoglu went on to score 4 goals and create 2 assists in 14 Bundesliga appearances, catching the eye of Europe’s top clubs in the process.
Sunday People has suggested that Premier League sides Arsenal and Liverpool have had scouts watch the talented footballer in action, and they could soon be making their interest concrete.
Even if Hamburg are not keen on selling their prized asset, it is believed the Bundesliga club would not be able to resist a big money offer.
Despite his fragile age, Calhanoglu has already amassed a total of 64 league appearances on senior level and he was in amazing form last season, netting 14 times in 31 league matches for Karlsruher.
