Arsenal have made a bid for Leeds United winger Raphinha in the summer transfer window, according to The Times. The report has claimed that the Gunners made the offer on Tuesday after Arsenal’s Technical Director Edu met the Brazil international winger’s sent Deco in London.
However, according to the report, Arsenal’s bid for Raphinha is expected to be rejected. Leeds want £50 million for the 25-year-old, but Premier League rivals Arsenal are not expected to pay that.
Raphinha scored 11 goals and gave three assists in 34 Premier League starts for Leeds last season. The Leeds no. 10 scored six goals and provided nine assists in 26 Premier League starts in 2020-21.
