Competition: Premier League
Market: Arsenal and Manchester City to draw
Odds: 12/5 @ Coral
Arsenal have the biggest test of the new Premier League so far when Manchester City come to town. They will have memories of being hit for six against the eventual Premier League winners in 2013/14, but Arsenal did hold out for a credible draw against the Sky Blues at the Emirates.
Coral are giving odds of 12/5 for Arsenal and Manchester City to cancel each other this afternoon.
Arsene Wenger’s side will have their first-choice striker Olivier Giroud out of action, while the fitness of Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey is in doubt too. The Likes of Jack Wilshere and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain could well come into the starting eleven with Mikel Arteta in the midfield. It’s also possible that Mathieu Flamini is selected with Arteta as holding midfielders to help nullify the threat of the opposition.
Manchester City have had an indifferent start to the new season, they beat Liverpool, but recently lost to Stoke City. While their manager Manuel Pellegrini has always been an attack-minded coach, City may be content with a point on their travels as they are yet to hit their best form.
Bet: Arsenal and Manchester City to draw in this afternoon’s early kickoff @ 12/5 with Coral >>
