According to The Independent, Arsenal are ready to sell Konstantinos Mavropanos this year. It has been reported that manager Mikel Arteta is looking to make a clear-out at Arsenal, and that the 23-year-old could be one of the players who leaves the North London club for good.
Mavropanos has been on the books of Arsenal since 2018, but the youngster has made only a handful of appearances in the Premier League for the Gunners. The former Greece Under-21 international had a loan spell at FC Nurnberg in 2020 and is on loan at Stuttgart in Germany at the moment.
With Arsenal having a number of centre-backs, it is hard to see Mavropanos establish himself as a regular in the first team in the coming weeks. The 23-year-old is a very good and promising young player, and it would make sense for him to find a club on a permanent club where he has a future and where he can grow as a footballer.
