Daily Mail understands that Arsene Wenger are preparing a summer swoop for Toulouse midfielder Etienne Capoue.

According to Daily Mail, Wenger is set to make a £10 million offer for Toulouse star Etienne Capoue.
The Gunners have been watching the highly rated midfielder for a while now and they finally seem ready to step up their interest in the player.
Toulouse seem prepared to cash in on the free-scoring midfielder in the summer, with Arsenal looking to pounce.
Etienne Capoue has spent his entire career up to date with le Tefece, making 164 Ligue 1 appearances, and scoring 13 goals. He has been especially impressive this term, having netted 7 times in 28 Ligue 1 matches.
