Arsenal reject Elneny offer

According to a recent report from Sky Sports, Arsenal have rejected a transfer offer from Galatasaray for Mohamed Elneny.

The move was made as a result of the Turkish transfer window still being open, but it doesn’t seem as if the Gunners are willing to let any more players go prior to the window opening back up again in January.

Elneny has been known as a bit of an inconsistent character for Arsenal throughout the course of his time there but if they’re ready and willing to give him another shot, then it’s probably worth them avoiding any offers such as this for now.

Their midfield has been one of the core issues with many clubs simply overwhelming them in the middle of the park recently, and even though that’s to be expected given how good the league is right now, they still haven’t done a whole lot to combat it.
