Premier League giants Arsenal have reignited their interest in Besiktas playmaker Oguzhan Ozyakup, Sport Bild understands.
The Gunners have come to terms with losing star player Mesut Ozil and they are now actively searching for his replacement.
Latest reports suggest that their former player Oguzhan Ozyakup is seen as a very good option, having shown a great deal of promise while at Besiktas.
The 25-year-old left Arsenal in July 2012 without making a single Premier League appearance, but went on to prove his worth in Turkish Super Lig.
Having managed 27 goals and 44 assists in 195 competitive outings for Besiktas, Ozyakup is now being linked with a big club move, and a return to the Emirates is likely to appeal to the Turkey international.
