Daily Express is reporting that Arsenal are readying summer bid for Chelsea hotshot Nathaniel Chalobah.
The highly rated youngster is currently on loan at Watford, where he is enjoying a remarkable season, but it looks as though he will return to the Premier League even if the Hornets miss out on promotion.
Chelsea officials could decide to give the player a chance to shine following some scintillating showings at Watford, but Arsenal are also hoping to add the player to their ranks.
Arsene Wenger has reportedly been impressed with the midfielder this season and is ready to test Chelsea’s resolve with an official bid for the player’s services.
Chalobah, 18, is aware that his chances of playing first team football at Stamford Bridge are slim to none, so he may be interested in a move to Arsenal after all.
The talented footballer, who can also play in defence, has scored 4 goals in 30 Championship matches for Watford this season.
