Arsenal still interested in Emiliano Buendia?

Arsenal are interested in signing Emiliano Buendia from Norwich City in the summer of 2021, according to Football.London. It has been reported that the Gunners wanted to secure the services of the attacking midfielder in the January transfer window, and that the Premier League club could still make a move for the 24-year-old.

Buendia is one of the best attacking midfielders in the Championship and is a key figure in the Norwich team. The 24-year-old has scored 12 goals and provided 15 assists in 33 Championship games for the Canaries so far this season, according to WhoScored. Norwich are at the top of the league table at the moment with 87 points from 40 matches and look set to win automatic promotion to the Premier League.

Emile Smith Rowe and Martin Odegaard are the two main creative midfielders in the Premier League. While Smith Rowe is only 20 years of age and is still developing and progressing as a footballer, Odegaard is only on loan from Real Madrid and is scheduled to go back to the Spanish club at the end of the season.
