Arsenal still want Moises Caicedo

Arsenal are interested in signing Moises Caicedo from Premier League rivals Brighton and Hove Albion in the summer of 2023, according to Fichajes. The report has claimed that the Gunners wanted to sign the Ecuador international midfielder from the Seagulls in the January transfer window and remain keen on bringing the 21-year-old to the Emirates Stadium.

The report has claimed that Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta personally wanted to sign Caicedo and still remain keen on the youngster. The Gunners could not get a deal done with Brighton, but the North London club will reportedly try to sign him in the summer of 2023.

Arsenal are at the top of the Premier League table at the moment with 50 points from 19 matches, five points clear of second-placed and defending champions Manchester City. Meanwhile, Brighton currently find themselves sixth in the standings with 31 points from 19 games, eight points behind fourth-placed Manchester United, who have played 20 games.
