Arsenal threw away their lead against Liverpool too quickly – Mikel Arteta (Video)

Liverpool came back from a goal down to beat Arsenal 3-1-. A mistake from Andy Robertson in the 25th minute was punished by Alexandre Lacazette and the visitors seemed to have gotten off to a great start, but the champions were back on level terms when Sadio Mane slotted in from close range only three minutes later. Robertson made amends with a goal of his own in the 34th, and Liverpool’s latest signing Diogo Jota got his first goal for the club to put the contest beyond the Gunners’ reach with two minutes to go.

Speaking after the game, Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta said he was happy with the way his team played, but admitted that going to Anfield to face this fully formed Liverpool team is a tough experience.
