Arsenal to look to Sevilla to solve potential centre-back problem?

It is reported in this morning’s Daily Mirror that Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger may well be looking for a centre-back in the January transfer window.

With Kolo Toure being linked with a move to Manchester City and William Gallas being so unsettled, this does seem like an area of the team that Wenger will need to look at.

The Daily Mirror says that Wenger has put Sevilla’s twenty-one year-old Argentine centre-back Federico Fazio on his wish-list.

The 6’5″ defender has made one appearance for Arsentina and played only just over twenty league games for Sevilla.
