Having made an official approach to sing Leicester City striker Jamie Vardy, Arsenal are preparing for another attack on Foxes.
According to exclusive reports from the Spanish daily AS, Arsene Wenger is ready to submit a bid in order to tempt the PFA Player of the Year Riyad Mahrez into joining Gunners as well.
Jamie Vardy is expected to seal his Arsenal £20 million move to Emirates before the Euro 2016 with England international set to sign a four-year deal worth £100,000 a week, but Arsenal have opened negotiations with his teammate from Leicester in their efforts to seal a double-swoop for players who have almost singlehandedly helped Foxes achieve historic success last season.
The 25-year-old Algeria international Mahrez has scored 17 goals and contributed 11 assists for Leicester City with his quality performances already alarming the likes of Real Madrid, Barcelona.
However, Arsenal are willing to cut the chase and sign both Vardy and Mahrez in a double-deal which would be considered a major coup for the London outfit.
