Arsenal to sell Lacazette?

According to a recent report from Daily Mirror, Arsenal are considering selling Alexandre Lacazette during the summer transfer window.

The belief is that this move would be made in the name of raising funds for future transfer dealings, and hopefully for some within the transfer window itself – but there are Gunners fans out there who have questioned the logic of selling someone like Lacazette who, historically, has been a pretty consistent member of the first team squad.

He’s had his ups and downs over the years but within the right setup, Mikel Arteta should be able to get a lot out of him this season.

Arsenal have a handful of other exciting attacking options at their disposal but if they’re seriously considering getting rid of someone like Lacazette, you’d have to imagine they have another trick up their sleeve as the countdown to kick-off against Brentford on the opening day continues.
