Arsenal want £30 million for Alexis Sanchez

The Daily Mail is reporting that Arsenal have placed a £30 million price tag on Chilean star Alexis Sanchez.

The Gunners have come to terms with the fact that the forward will not be signing a new deal at the Emirates, but they don’t want to lose him on a free transfer at the end of the season.

Arsenal will instead be looking to entertain offers in the January window, but they reportedly want £30 million for 28-year-old footballer.

It is believed that Manchester City currently lead the chase for the Chile hotshot, while Paris Saint-Germain would only be able to sign Sanchez on a free transfer due to Financial Fair Play constraints.

Sanchez performed admirably during the three and a half years at the Emirates, but the club’s failure to challenge for major trophies is the main reason why he is looking for a new challenge.
