Arsenal want Ceballos on loan

According to a recent report from Sky Sports News, Arsenal are very interested in the possibility of signing Real Madrid star Dani Ceballos on loan during the summer transfer window. The belief is that Ceballos has already been quoted as saying that he wants to play around 40 games during the upcoming season, with his preference being a loan deal as he wants to return to Real at some point during the future. However, with Arsenal’s rivals Tottenham Hotspur already said to be in talks, it’ll take a big offer from the Gunners in order to lure him away from the white half of North London.

A few years ago Arsenal probably would’ve been given priority over Spurs in a deal like this, but in the modern era, the tables have certainly turned – especially in the wake of last season when Tottenham managed to reach the Champions League final, in Madrid, ironically enough.
