Arsenal have set the asking price for Cesc Fabregas to €65 million, according to Marca.
The Gunners have rejected a €40 million offer from Barcelona last summer, while the latest reports suggest Real Madrid are ready to offer €60 million for the Spain international.
However, Arsene Wenger will only let him leave if a club offer €65 million and the French manager wants the full amount paid in cash, without any players included in the deal.
This is likely to rule Barcelona out of the race after their vice-president Javier Faus said that the Catalans had between €40 million and €45 million to spend on transfers in the summer.
Real Madrid, on the other hand, would have no problems matching the asking price, although they could struggle to persuade Fabregas to join Real after he spoke on numerous occasions of his dream of returning to Barca.
