Arsenal are interested in signing Glen Kamara from Rangers in the summer transfer window, according to Football Insider. The Premier League club are on the hunt for a new central midfielder this summer and have identified the Finland international as a potential target.
The report has added that Arsenal are ready to offer Kamara a five-year contract. However, Rangers are working on handing the 25-year-old Finland international a new deal and keeping him at Ibrox in the long term. Manager Steven Gerrard wants to keep hold of the 25-year-old.
Kamara was on the books of Arsenal from 2012 until 2017. The Finland international failed to break into the first team at the Gunners and moved to Dundee on a permanent basis in 2017. The 25-year-old then joined Rangers in 2019 and has been brilliant for the Gers since then.
