Arsenal want to sign Declan Rice from London and Premier League rivals West Ham United in the summer of 2023, according to Fichajes. The report has claimed that the Gunners will do their utmost to get a deal done for the England international, who has established himself as one of the best defensive midfielders around but can also operate as a defender.
Rice has been on the books of West Ham United since 2014 and has been a big player for the London club over the years. The 24-year-old has made himself a key figure in the England team, and it would not come as a surprise to anyone if he left the Hammers for a bigger and more ambitious club in the summer of 2023.
Arsenal are at the top of the Premier League table at the moment with 50 points from 19 matches, five points clear of second-placed and defending champions Manchester City. Meanwhile, West Ham are currently 16th in the standings with 18 points from 20 games, just a point above the bottom three.
